Fantastic Family Fun in the Sun

Families have been enjoying Regency Towers for years. Our own family has been enjoying this condo for years and only started renting it in 2008 making it very well maintained and up to date. Views of the gulf, the beach and the sunset are gorgeous from this 8th floor beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the western side of Regency Towers.

The moment you arrive, you will find the owners went the extra mile to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. The condo has recently been updated with new kitchen counters, cabinets and new textured walls in soft tropical colors to enhance the beach fun atmosphere!

A few of the personal touches and amenities are: TVs in all bedrooms, wi fi upon request, festive table settings, tile floor in the hallway and kitchen and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, rich custom made drapes in the living room, master bedroom, and third bedroom, custom wall coverings from the Virgin Islands as well as personal art.

The updated galley style kitchen is well equipped. The counter bar seats three and the dining table seats six.

The living room has a large glass window that has a great view of the west, and a large sliding glass door that faces the gulf/beach and opens to the balcony. Two comfortable sofas allow maximum seating and one has a queen size sleeper bed.

The master bedroom has a large sliding glass door that also has beautiful gulf/beach views and gives private access to the balcony. Custom made black out drapes may be drawn for those late mornings in bed. The king size bed has an over sized comfortable mattress and matching white wood furniture set.

The second bedroom has two queen beds with oversized comfortable mattresses, with matching furniture, and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds with over sized mattresses that are comfortable even for adults and matching wicker furniture.

Recently, Regency Towers has added and updated amenities to include: a beautiful new hot tub and hot tub room complete with waterfall, new shuffle board court, new grills and picnic tables on the west side, newly decorated lobby with free wifi and general all over updates and improvements, 2 large pools, kids pool, pool side café, sundeck, 24/7 security, gated entrance, large grass play area, picnic area –grills and picnic tables on east side, 2 tennis courts, 3 elevators, large parking lot and private parking for trailers and boats, and 540' beach. While lounging around the extra large pools you can enjoy your favorite drink and delicious cheeseburger from the pool side grill. In the winter months, one of the large pools is heated for year round enjoyment.
