Palazzo is one of the newest and nicest condominiums on “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. Views of the beach, the gulf and the sunset are spectacular from this Penthouse. The sounds of the waves against the shore add to that special relaxing yet exciting and fun atmosphere you only get at the beach. This beautiful 1475 sq. ft. penthouse with 3 bedrooms/3 baths is professionally decorated to maximize comfort and luxury. The living room and master suite have floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the gulf. The living room has ceramic, no glare tinted glass while the master bedroom has custom made black out drapes.

This condo is loaded with amenities, some of them are: 10 ft. ceilings, granite counter tops, stone floors and carpet in the bedrooms, 42” HD flatscreen TV in living room, flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms, 3 DVDs, WiFi, over sized plush mattresses, custom furniture and accessories, full size washer and dryer.

A large, plush sectional sofa with chase in the living room is designed for total comfort and relaxation whether you want to cuddle up with a book from our library, visit with others, watch the 42” HD flatscreen, or simply enjoy the scenery of the gulf. You can also enjoy the TV and views of the gulf from the large round dinner table that seats six, the four bar stools at the counter bar, and the kitchen.

From the master suite you can gaze at the gulf through floor to ceiling windows and door from your over sized king size bed. Custom made black out drapes may be drawn for those late mornings in bed. The master suite has a separate dressing area, jetted hot tub and shower in the master bath, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed with private bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with the bathroom that opens to the hallway.

Compared to the larger condo complexes, Palazzo has a smaller number of units available for rent; therefore it is not over crowded. Palazzo is a beautiful building with many amenities of its own. Some are: three high speed elevators, covered parking and private parking for trailers or boats, 220 ft. beach, beautiful pool that is heated in winter months, hot tub, sundeck, and large lobby all overlooking the beach, state of the art fitness center overlooking beach, security, coded entrance to parking deck, wide walkways, grills, and outdoor waterfall at beach entrance.
